1. Customized Services
Most services provided by Missing Edge LLP are tailored to client-specific requirements and involve time, effort, planning, architecture, development, communication, iteration, and intellectual contribution.
2. No Refund After Commencement of Work
Once work has commenced, payments made or payable toward such work are generally non-refundable, since they relate to professional effort deployed and services rendered.
3. No Refund for Delivered or Partially Delivered Work
No refund shall ordinarily be applicable in respect of:
- partially completed deliverables,
- reviewed or demonstrated modules,
- shared builds or deployments,
- consulting or implementation effort already provided,
- iterative or milestone-based work already undertaken.
4. Payments Against Effort and Development
Payments made to Missing Edge LLP are understood to be toward professional effort, development work, planning, execution, communication, and associated intellectual contribution, and not solely against a final end-state screenshot or static output.
5. Exceptions
Any exception to this policy must be expressly agreed in writing by Missing Edge LLP. Informal discussions, silence, or ongoing negotiations shall not by themselves create a refund obligation.
